- Permanent part-time position with daytime hours (no weekends).
- Local candidates train in our Mahwah, NJ office and can eventually work from home.
- Starting wage of $25-$33/hour depending on experience (higher pay rate reserved for candidates with specific experience recruiting financial advisors).

As an Account Executive, you’ll contact advisors to present career opportunities available at our clients’ firms. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Seeks a part-time professional career, not just a job.
- Has cold calling, direct sales, business development, and/or account management experience.
- Has an outgoing personality, is conversational, perceptive, and an active listener
- Determined and self-motivated
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Able to think on your feet – we don’t use scripts!
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
- MS Office proficiency. CRM experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior financial advisor recruiting experience is a plus!
