Whether we're helping a small CPA firm add one accountant to its staff or a major financial services company bring on eight new advisors, our mission remains the same: to consistently outperform contingency recruiters while charging a fraction of their fees.

Devra Gardner

As the Director of Client Services, I have responsibilities to all of our financial services clients.  Together with our team of Account Executives, I lead our new client implementation calls to develop the profile for their recruiting campaign.  As Director of Client Services, I serve a crucial role by engaging with our clients and addressing any questions or inquiries they have.

Cindy Pierce

As Senior Sales Executive at RecruitSavvy, I have over 20 years of sales experience in helping our clients utilize our services to fit their needs and budget. I specialize in helping Public Accounting Firms, Engineering Firms and Small Businesses throughout the country find the talent they need at a cost they can afford.
